Registration

Registration Rules:

• The author registration deadline for conference (i.e., main-program) is 17 September 2024, 23:59 AoE. And the author registration deadline for workshops is 22 September 2024, 23:59 AoE.
• Each paper must have an author registration at full (non-student) rates in the corresponding category, and one author registration can cover up to two papers (including 1 main-program paper and 1 workshop paper by choosing “Conference + Workshops” option).
• To guarantee publication of a WiOpt (conference and workshop) paper, at least one author should present the work at the conference in person. All attendees MUST use their own names to register for the corresponding category.

Instructions for Registration:

To perform the registration and the payment, one needs to pay with credit card, by following the detailed instructions below.

• Please fill the online form (at the end of the page) to proceed with your registration.
• Select your “Conference Registration Type” depending on your status (author, non-author, early, late, etc.). Please look at the tables below for a detailed list of fees.
• If you are an IEEE/IFIP member, please provide the corresponding membership number.
• If you are registering as an author, please enter your EDAS paper ID (up to two) in the “Paper ID” field.
• Click on “Submit” to be redirected to the payment form. Insert payment and credit card details and submit the payment. Upon reception of the payment, the system will send the payment confirmation to the attendee.

The payment confirmation will include a registration code that you need to use in EDAS to upload your camera ready paper.

Note on the registration code: the registration code to be used in EDAS appears as Payment order number in the payment receipt.
